Everything Hapny does

Coffee pre-order with pickup by code, a menu app in Telegram and a browser, an order board for baristas and a loyalty program — in one service.

01

Coffee pre-order

Pre-order means the guest builds and pays for a drink in advance and only picks up the ready cup by code at the café. The café gets sales beyond the queue, and the barista gets a clear order flow instead of a crowd at the counter.

How it works

  1. The guest opens the menu — in Telegram or a browser, via the QR link on the counter.
  2. Builds the order — drink, size, add-ons and milk.
  3. Pays online — by card or SBP, right in the app.
  4. The barista sees the order — it appears on the board with contents and timing.
  5. The guest picks up by code — names the code at the counter, no queue, no change.

What the café gets

Sales at peak hoursThe queue stops being a limit: a guest who would have walked past orders ahead.
Fewer mistakesThe drink spec reaches the barista as text, not by ear over the grinder.
Your own sales channelThe guest orders from you, not from someone else's chain app. The relationship stays yours.
Numbers you can seeA dashboard shows sales and average check per location.

What it costs. Integration and support are free for the café, no subscription and no commission on orders — the service fee is paid by the guest. You don't need a separate cash register or new acquiring: Hapny handles payments and receipts. Launch takes one day — from the café we need a menu and bank account details. App for your coffee shop

An "own app" usually means development, app-store publishing and talking the guest into installing something. With Hapny the café gets a working app right away: the menu opens in Telegram or a browser — there is nothing for the guest to download.

What's included

Menu for the guestItems, categories, prices, ingredients and add-ons. Opens in Telegram or a browser.
Online paymentCard or SBP right in the app, no terminal on the counter.
QR linkA sticker on the counter takes the guest to your menu. The QR is reusable — the target changes without reprinting.
Manager panelManage items, prices and availability. Stop-list in a couple of taps.
Barista boardOrder queue, preparation statuses and pickup by code.
DashboardSales and average check per location.

Why no download

The main barrier of a café app is installation. A guest won't install an app for a single latte. So Hapny works as a Telegram mini-app and as an ordinary web page: the guest follows a QR or a link and sees the menu right away. And they order from your menu, under your name, and stay your guest — unlike listing in a third-party aggregator or a chain app, where the relationship belongs to the platform.

03

Barista board

Pre-order only makes sense if it doesn't break work behind the counter. So the barista has a dedicated screen — the order board that shows what to make right now.

Orders grouped by state

ReadyWaiting for pickup. The guest names the code and takes it.

Pickup by code

Every order has a code. At pickup the guest names the code — no calling out names, sorting through similar orders or figuring out whose cup it is. The guest sees the number, code, contents, amount and status in their app.

What changes behind the counter

  • The drink spec arrives as text — no need to re-ask over the noise.
  • Payment already went through: no cash handling, change or terminal at pickup.
  • Peak-hour orders spread out over time instead of piling into one queue.
  • You can start with a limited menu — only the items the team is ready to serve by pre-order.

Loyalty program

Pre-order gives a café what cash sales at the counter don't: a clear link between a guest and their orders. Loyalty is built on that — you know who keeps coming back.

Two options

Hapny loyaltyThe service's own program — works out of the box together with pre-order.
Your existing programIf the café already runs loyalty, it can be connected to Hapny rather than replaced.

Why it works together with pre-order

An order in Hapny is always tied to a guest: they built it in your menu and paid online. So the order history isn't lost the way a cash purchase is, and personal offers can be built on top of it. The guest orders under your name, from your menu, not in someone else's chain app — so loyalty works for your café, not for a platform.
